Can you service any size event?
We have a guest minimum of 25 and there is no maximum.
May I rent the mobile bar for longer than 1.5 hours?
Absolutely, we charge $50 per additional hour. Additional fees per person will apply as this is an unlimited service. Please contact us for more information.
How far do you travel?
We travel nearly anywhere! An additional travel fee will be applied if traveling over 15 miles from 76903 zip code. Please inquire for more information.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Dietary restrictions and allergies are one of our top priorities in serving you. Please inform us of any allergies during your booking to ensure we can accommodate.
May I request something specific for my mobile truffle bar?
We will always try to accommodate your needs! However, it is not always guaranteed. Please inform us of any special requests at booking.
What is your payment, guest count and cancellation policy?
50% is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% two weeks prior to your event.
Guest count changes may be made up to 2 weeks prior to event date, guest count may not be lowered under our guest minimum of 25 or more than 10% of original expected guest count.) Additional guests may be added up to 2 weeks prior to event.
There is a $75 cancellation fee, under all circumstances, including acts of nature (Bad weather etc., we will gladly move the mobile bar to an indoor location if needed.)
